Setting Search Alerts

Email alerts
Opaxe will notify you when a new announcement is published relating to a company, project, commodity, or activity, (or combination of these variables), that you have selected in a saved search.
Setting up a notification

1. In Explore select the filters relating to the alert that you want to receive. e.g. selecting ‘Gold’, ‘Exploration/drilling update’, ‘Australia’ and ‘Last 7 days’ will generate an alert when a new drilling update concerning a gold project in Australia is published on my.opaxe; e.g. selecting ‘Lithium’ and no other filters will generate an alert when a new announcement concerning a Lithium project in any status world-wide is published on my.opaxe
2. Click on the Alert icon

3. Name your search
4. Chose the frequency of the notification emails you will receive
5. Click ‘Start notifications for this search’. The Alert button will change colour to RED

Duration
- Opaxe will continue to notify you of new announcements matching your search criteria until the search is modified or deleted or your subscription changes
Cancelling an Alert

6. Select the Alert you wish to cancel from the list of alerts in the side menu, or in the drop-down menu under ‘My Searches’
7. Click on the Alert icon

8. Click ‘Stop notifications for this search’. The Alert button will change colour to GREY
Alerts
• Depending on the selected update frequency, Opaxe will run your search query and send an email:
• Daily updates: the query will be run at the end of each day and all new announcements matching your search criteria published on my.opaxe on that day will be notified via email. The email contains an attached Excel sheet with the updated results of your search
• Weekly updates: the query will be run on at the end of every Monday and all new announcements matching your search criteria published on my.opaxe during the previous seven days will be notified via email. The email contains an attached Excel sheet with the updated results of your search
